Oli is an employment tax and reward specialist with a range of experience covering employment status, off-payroll working, the construction industry scheme, benefits and other reward matters.

Oli has over 9 years advising employers from owner-managed businesses to globally listed corporate entities previously working for Deloitte and BDO before joining Evelyn Partners in November 2022.

Notable client work & achievements

Oli has led on a variety of projects including complex HMRC inquiries relating to the employment status of off-payroll workers. Oli has also supported a number of Real Estate businesses understand and improve their CIS processes.
