Paul is a highly experienced advisor specialising in mid-market mergers and acquisitions, fundraises and providing innovative solutions to owners facing strategic business challenges.

Paul is a Director with M&A experience across a variety of markets, with specialisms in the TMT, automotive and industrial sectors. Paul is very well connected with the private equity community and has established strong relationships with the UK lower-mid market.

Paul has been with Evelyn Partners for 18 years, initially training as a Chartered Accountant before joining Corporate Finance.
