Rick leads the M&A and Corporate Development activities for S&W, having previously led much of the M&A at Evelyn Partners.

Prior to joining Evelyn Partners in 2021, he spent 9 years as an M&A Advisor at PwC in London where he advised on mid-market M&A across the Financial and Business Services sectors.

Rick is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of professional services experience.
