
Tom specialises in providing financial due diligence, vendor due diligence, vendor assistance and SPA advice on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing.
Experience
Tom is an Associate Director in the Transaction Services team who has previously advised a wide range of private equity firms, corporate clients, banks and family office on their M&A activity. He joined S&W in 2019 from PwC where he focused on lower mid-market private equity, providing buy side and vendor due diligence services.
He has broad range of experience in assessing historical and projected financial performance, key business drivers and working capital requirements as well as advising on SPA and purchase price negotiations.
He has deal experience across a range of sectors including professional services, technology, business services and industrial products.
Notable client work & achievements
Tom has advised on a wide range of deal sizes from £5m to £100m. More recently he has supported our internal M&A programme in a corporate development role. Tom has also previously worked to support Fiinu Plc and Auction Technology Group Plc on their listing on the London Stock Exchange.
