Victoria Kiddy

Financial statement audit and other assurance procedures. Victoria has experience working with a variety of businesses cross-sector including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology/software and agriculture; she has supported clients through providing statutory audit and assurance services predominantly under IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP. 

Experience

Prior to joining S&W Victoria gained over 15 years' experience at EY, working with companies from private start-ups through to large, listed companies. 

Victoria supports her clients in meeting their business needs including good corporate governance and reporting in a world where regulation and reporting is continually evolving. Victoria ensures her clients get the most out of their financial statement audit by sharing knowledge and insights, whilst being renowned for leading a highly efficient audit process. 

Victoria particularly enjoys working with clients during periods of change, such as organic growth, acquisitions/disposals, fundraising and control/corporate governance enhancement.

• Working with early-stage R&D businesses through multiple Series fundraisers and supporting them on their growth journey.
• Victoria excels in project management and has led many complex UK and multinational group audits, providing a central contact for local auditors internationally.
