Experience
Yaroslav is an associate director in the transaction services team and advises UK and international private equity and corporate clients. He provides financial due diligence, vendor due diligence and SPA advice in respect of acquisitions and refinancings. Yaroslav has 8 years of experience reviewing companies of varying sizes, from listed to owner-managed businesses.
He joined Evelyn in January 2023. Prior to Evelyn he worked for Crowe, a top 10 accounting firm and Quantuma, a boutique transaction services provider. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2016.
He has significant experience in assessing historical and projected financial performance, key business drivers, working capital and net debt issues, as well as SPA and purchase price negotiations. He has deal experience across a range of sectors including business services, technology, data centres, telecoms, retail and not-for-profit.
