Work on Corporate & Professional Pensions administration

Adam Stephens and Nick Myers were appointed Joint Administrators of Corporate & Professional Pensions Limited (“CPPL” or “the Company”) on 1 February 2021. Following Nicholas Myers’ departure from this firm, Nicholas Myers was removed as liquidator of the Company. Henry Shinners, also of this office, was appointed in his place with effect from 5 August 2024. Following registration of the notice moving the Company from administration to creditors’ voluntary liquidation by the Registrar of Companies, the Company moved into liquidation on 18 January 2024, with Adam Stephens and Henry Shinners acting as liquidators.

We were appointed Joint Administrators/Joint Liquidators under our former brands, S&W LLP and Evelyn Partners LLP. Some of this content was produced when S&W was part of the Evelyn Partners group of companies and as such, contains Evelyn Partners trademarks and branding.
