    Vikash Gupta is a serial entrepreneur and Co-Founder & CEO of VAR Capital, a London-based multi-family office specializing in asset management, investment banking, and inter-generational wealth planning for UHNW families. With over 25 years of financial services experience, Vikash has held key roles at Barclays and Booz & Company. At Barclays, he led the Key Clients and Family Offices team and was a member of the Investment Committee. Previously, he advised leading financial institutions on corporate and M&A strategies at Booz & Company.

    Until recently Paul Reynolds was Chief Executive of a London-based single-family office serving the first, second and third generations of a UK family. He now acts as an independent adviser to families, boards and trustees on investment oversight, asset allocation and governance. He works with families navigating periods of transition and generational change, helping them think clearly about risk, capital and longterm objectives. Paul has nearly 40 years’ experience in banking and investment management advising families and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. During this time he has worked for two single-family offices, a multi-family office and a private bank.

    Chris Ivey is Head of the European Private Client Practice and a Partner at Cambridge Associates. Based out of the London office, Chris began his investment career at Cambridge Associates in 2005. He focuses on Private Investments but has worked across asset classes for sophisticated institutional investors and private clients. The majority of his clients are based in Europe and have assets that range in size from $200 million to multiple billions. He regularly speaks at industry leading conferences and serves as an Investment Committee member for IESE Business School.
