S&W strengthens its tax valuations offering with senior London partner appointment

Pavan is a highly regarded tax valuer with over 25 years’ experience advising on all aspects of tax valuations. Her client base spans high‑net‑worth individuals and trusts, small‑to large‑cap private equity houses, and large corporate clients.

Prior to joining S&W, Pavan established the tax valuation practice at Eight Advisory in London and previously led the tax valuation team at KPMG LLP. Her appointment brings deep technical expertise and market-leading experience to S&W’s valuations & modelling team, supporting client transactions, tax restructurings and internal reorganisations.

Based in the firm’s London office, Pavan will work closely with S&W’s advisory and tax teams to further enhance its tax valuation offering for clients.
