Asker helps international businesses design and establish robust transfer pricing (TP) policies. He has broad experience across many sectors and jurisdictions, with a particular focus on intangibles, intra-group provision of products and services, and financing.

Experience

In addition to working in Big Four and professional service firms in TP, Asker has worked ashead of tax and corporate finance roles for over 15 years in international groups, in both the UK and overseas. During this time, he established TP models and managed international tax/TP strategies across the globe.

Asker works across markets and sectors, and has extensive experience in designing, implementing and defending tax effective operating models for international businesses.
