Dan has over 20 years of experience in personal tax and works closely with entrepreneurs and business owners to deliver bespoke tax planning strategies from both a personal and business perspective.
Notable client work and achievements
Dan was a key sell-side tax adviser on the disposal of multiple private businesses with typical Enterprise Values ranging between £10m - £100m in recent years involving complex sell-side structuring for the shareholders.
Dan has also led the delivery of numerous Management Buy Out projects leveraging his knowledge and expertise to deliver capital gains tax treatment on the sales proceeds for the exiting shareholders.
