Dilpa has extensive experience designing and implementing a variety of incentive structures to ensure that the interests of management are aligned with shareholders, ensuring that incentive strategies are aligned with business objectives. This includes advising on tax efficient Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI) and Company Share Option Plans (CSOP) as well as growth shares, cash-based incentives, and Employee Benefit Trusts (EBTs).
Dilpa also regularly supports companies through key transactions such as fundraising, third-party sales, and public listings, supporting on both the buy and sell side of transactions.
