Felicity has over 30 years' experience of working with private clients, including individuals and their trusts.  Her particular focus is on non-domiciled and/or non-resident individuals and their associated UK and offshore trusts.  

Notable client work and achievements

• Felicity frequently advises individuals moving to and from the UK on complying with UK tax requirements and ensuring that their tax affairs are structured efficiently.
• With established UK families, the emphasis is on planning for passing wealth to the next generation including the use of family trusts (both onshore and offshore).
