He has worked across all business sectors (PE and Corporate) but focusses on Retail and Consumer, Telcos/ Tech and Financial Services.
Experience
Jonathan's 25 year+ experience spans operational and technology due diligence, synergy development, pre-and post-deal integration and separation, business and technology transformation, and value improvement. He has worked across all market sectors but has a deeper focus on PE, Telcos/ Tech, Retail and Consumer and Financial Services. He joined S&W in Sept 25 from TCS, where he led the UK M&A Consulting team since 2020, and before that was a Deloitte Canada/ Chile Value Creation Partner, with 16 years prior Big4 M&A experience at Deloitte, KPMG and PWC.
Notable client work and achievements
Jonathan has supported major clients with Integration and Separation programmes at Vodafone, ASDA (Walmart Separation), LSEG and GSK, when at TCS. For Deloitte Chile, based in Santiago, Jonathan led M&A Value Creation programmes for Veolia, CMPC SA, Mitsubishi Motors and CMF. He has also supported significant financial restructurings in the Financial Services sector.
