Public sector advisory

Karolina’s main areas of expertise include:

  • Outsource grant management support and compliance services to large national funding agencies, involving financial management and administration.
  • Development of grant programme funding guidelines and eligibility rules, as well as terms and conditions, for the national funding agencies
  • Extensive knowledge of ESF Programmes and EU Programmes including H2020, Horizon Europe, EU Life and Interreg
  • Grant programme audits including, ERDF Programmes and Certificate on the Financial Statements for various EU programmes.

Experience

Karolina a has an extensive knowledge of the government agency financial reporting requirements together with the EU financial control regulations for publicly funded Research programmes.

Notable client work and achievements

Karolina leads our dedicated Public Sector Advisory (PSA) Grant Management team delivering financial administration of a suite of over 150 EU and National funded projects from budget application and all stages through to the final report, reconciliation and audit. Liaising with EU and project partners regarding financial issues, claims submitted and financial audits.

Karolina has been involved with a tranche of grant programme audits including, ERDF Programmes and Certificate on the Financial Statements for various EU programmes.
