Martin leads S&W’s specialist capital allowances services, part of the 30+ strong R&D and Incentives team. 

He has significant experience, predominantly gained within the Big 4 firms, of advising clients across various sectors on optimising the tax reliefs available for capital investment in commercial property, through a mixture of deep technical analysis, utilising the latest technology, process improvement and agreements with HMRC.

As a chartered tax advisor (CTA), with a background in Quantity Surveying, Martin has a unique mix of property and tax expertise and experience to fully understand all aspects of property developments and transactions.
