Tom joined S&W (under its previous names) in 2015, having first joined the tax and accountancy industry in 2010. His background is in family businesses and succession planning with a keen focus on trusts and estates.
Tom now deals with numerous traditional landed estates and rural businesses with a focus on the agricultural sector. He is on hand to provide structural and planning advice.

- Advising on a capital reduction demerger for a traditional landed estate to separate trading and investment sides of the business to maximise inheritance tax efficiencies
