Chris Farrington, Cameron Gunn and Lee Manning of S&W Partners LLP (formerly of ReSolve Advisory Limited) were appointed as Joint Administrators of Everest 2020 Limited on 24 April 2024.

Please note that on 28 October 2024, ReSolve Advisory Limited joined Evelyn Partners LLP. Following this, on 31 March 2025 Evelyn Partners LLP changed its name to S&W Partners LLP. All appointment-taking insolvency practitioners are members or employees of S&W Partners LLP and are licensed in the United Kingdom as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Latest news for creditors

 As of 2 May 2024, the joint administrators agreed a contract with Anglian Home Improvements to fulfil Everest 2020 Ltd customer orders.

We understand Anglian have since been in contact with all the Everest customers to discuss the position with any existing or outstanding orders as at the point of our appointment and what options or solutions can be made available.

We are currently nearing the end of our work and expect to be in a position to close the administration by August 2025.

The Administrators' proposals for dealing with the affairs of the Company were issued on 14 June 2024. We have subsequently issue two progress reports on 20 November 2024 and 16 May 2025. Copies of these reports are available to view on the Companies House website.
