FutureFuel Renewables PLC and II PLC

Ben Woodthorpe and Cameron Gunn of S&W Partners LLP (formerly of ReSolve Advisory Limited) were appointed as Joint Administrators of Futurefuel Renewables PLC ("PLC") on 17 March 2022.

Further to this, the Administration ended on 12 March 2024, and Mr Woodthorpe and Mr Gunn PLC were appointed as Joint Liquidators of PLC on the same date.

Simon Jagger and Mark Supperstone also of S&W Partners LLP (formerly of ReSolve Advisory Limited) were appointed as Joint Administrators of Futurefuel Renewables II PLC ("II PLC") on 8 April 2022.

Further to this, the Administration ended on 18 March 2025, and Mr Jagger and Mr Supperstone were appointed as Joint Liquidators of II PLC on the same date.

Please note that on 28 October 2024, ReSolve Advisory Limited joined Evelyn Partners LLP. Following this, on 31 March 2025 Evelyn Partners LLP changed its name to S&W Partners LLP. We have received reports from bondholders that they have received communication from third parties in relation to PLC or II PLC, or companies with a similar name. In some cases these third parties request payment of a deposit or a fee in return for the refund of the bondholders initial investment/s. Similarly, we have seen deceptive communications from third parties professing to be Government Trading Standards notifying bondholders of refunds, which are not to be trusted.

I confirm that none of PLC, II PLC, the former Administrators, the Liquidators, nor S&W / ReSolve have authorised any third parties to communicate with bondholders and any payment made to these parties will likely result in a loss.

Where Partners, Directors, Associate Directors and Consultants are appointed as administrative receivers, administrators or special administrators, the affairs, business and property of the entity over which they are appointed are managed by them as agents and without personal liability and, where they are appointed as Law of Property Act (LPA) or fixed charge receivers, they do so as agents for the mortgagor and without personal liability. Where they are appointed as liquidators they contract as agents of the entity and without personal liability unless specifically stated otherwise.
